Sessions are released for booking at 17:00 each Monday – but you can get earlier access at 11:00 and 15:00. This is known as priority booking access. Priority booked access is based on 3 statistics:
Attendance - the percentage of sessions you choose to attend out of the total number of sessions you've booked.
Super-peak attendance - the number of sessions you choose to work during our busiest times (19:00 - 21:00 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays).
Late cancellation - the percentage of sessions you cancel less than 24 hours in advance.
Your statistics are based on your last 14 active days. Active days include days where you attend or make any changes to you sessions - including canceling sessions with less than 24 hours notice, or missing sessions.
